The honest story
Most of our regular clients are in the Midlands — Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire. About a third of the work each year is UK-wide: London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol, Cardiff. We don't pretend to be a London studio. We do compete on craft, response time and price.
How we work remote
A short call to understand the brief, the team and the constraints. 45 minutes, no slide deck. Outcome: we both know if we're a fit.
A written proposal within two working days — scope, timeline, fixed bespoke quote, working assumptions. No follow-up meeting required unless you want one.
One scheduled video call per week during active project work — usually 30 minutes — plus async updates in between. Decisive moments get extra time as needed.
Final files via Dropbox or a shared workspace. Brand guidelines, source files, exports, and a handover document so your team can keep going without us.

Why us, remotely
Every project is led by the principal, with a small set of senior collaborators where the brief needs it. No juniors handing off in the background, no agency-style account management layer.
Lower overheads in a Midlands studio mean lower quotes for the same craft. The work is held to the standard you'd expect from a Shoreditch agency; the price reflects where we're based.
One scheduled call a week during active projects, async between. Your team's time goes into running the business, not into managing the agency.

From Edinburgh to Bournemouth, London to Cardiff, and most points in between. Most concentrated work has been the Midlands and London; the rest is opportunistic — clients who chose us specifically over a local studio.
Hybrid. The studio is in Nuneaton, and we'll travel for the meetings that matter — usually a kickoff, a brand reveal, sometimes a press-check. Day-to-day work runs remote. Travel is included in the bespoke quote, not billed separately.
Honestly: lower. A Midlands studio doesn't pay London rents and doesn't bill London salaries. The work itself is held to the same standard, but the quote reflects where the studio sits.
Yes, when the brief warrants it. Brand workshops, packaging press-checks, launch reviews — we'll come to you anywhere in the UK. Travel for these is included in the project quote; we don't bill it separately.
